Pultar has the most bizarre (debatably) appearance of any Dralkionic deity thus far. His body is the head of a massive eagle with the beak stretched much too far for his face. His eyes are jet black with dark spheres emitting from them and his body is a mass of tentacles writhing atop a sphere coated in an unknown slippery substance. Finally, the hat he once wore when he was alive is still on top of his head, as he refuses to remove it.
Pultar acts like any undead, deranged, godly deity would; he screams a lot. As well as this, he's irrational and will attack anyone who comes close; which is the reason that the rest of the pantheon was forced to imprison him.
Whenever gods die, it's said that they turn into horrific beasts with immense power far beyond what they had before dying. This was always a myth, and unable to be proved as the gods could not die by natural means and were too strong to be killed by mortals. However, this was until Pultar was killed by another deity and his monstrous alternate self was revealed.
Pultar ravaged a relatively miniscule section of the planet Dralkion, but still managed to destroy dozens upon dozens of major cities and homes. Because of this, he was forced into imprisonment inside a hollowed mountain engraved with runes and magic to prevent him from leaving. Anything can go in, anything but him can go out.

Fighting Style Edit
Prehensile Tentacle Generation - Pultar can bring the many tentacles from his mass for attacking at any time.
Ballistic Scream - Pultar's scream can destroy towns and villages in an instant if he so desires.
Semi-Immortality - Pultar will never age, and as a result, he'll stay young forever or at least never suffer the ravages of aging. Because of this, Pultar will always be at their physical prime.
Ravaged Mind - Due to Pultar, you know, dying, his mind has been warped by impossible forces that he could not overcome and therefore, his mind makes no sense. He cannot be manipulated not hypnotised in any sense, and always knows where prey lurks.
Unpredictability - A blessing and a curse. Pultar is not always capable of rational thinking and will act out of pure instinct.
Sluggish Fatigue - Pultar is much slower than most creatures and races of Dralkion, making him an easy kill for fast-moving targets.
